Kim Basinger is a truly talented actress who can produce incredible performances that are powerful and convincing. Add her beauty to that and you have the recipe for a star. Unfortunately for Basinger, despite her success and fame, she also made some bad decisions based on advice from her family (should have stuck with the financial adviser Kim!) which ultimately saw her spend $20 million on land which contributed to her filing for bankruptcy. She seems to be back on her feet now though with an estimated net worth in the region of $30 million. Her latest project was a role in the Fifty Shades Darker movie.
