El comediante y actor Seth Rogen se hizo un nombre en la industria hace mucho tiempo, protagonizando muchas películas y programas de televisión. Aunque siempre fue un poco gordito, el actor no tuvo problemas con su cuerpo y unos cuantos kilos de más.
Cuando lo eligieron para un papel estelar en la película de 2011 titulada El avispón verde, Rogen finalmente hizo un esfuerzo extra para empezar a perder peso. Su rutina diaria consistía en comidas saludables y ejercicio. Más tarde bajó alrededor de 30 libras. La película no tuvo buenas críticas, pero al menos Rogen pudo mejorar su figura.
