松田聖子 ー1962年生まれ
80年代にトップアイドルとして活躍した松田聖子。2020年にデビュー４０周年を迎えますが、「あなたに逢いたくて〜Missing You〜」や「赤いスイートピー」「青い珊瑚礁」などの名曲は今も人々に愛され続けています。
年齢を感じさせないその素肌の秘訣ですが、彼女は魚＆和食好きだそうで、朝食も栄養バランスの取れた和食なのだそう。食生活が基本ですね！
