Anne Hegerty: 6 Quilos – Dieta do Arroz e Feijão
Sendo conhecida por seu intelecto e caráter, Anna Hegerty, definitivamente não é reconhecida por ser magra. Entretanto, após três semanas na selva, comendo apenas arroz e feijão, ela conseguiu perder em torno de 6 quilos.
Hegerty se manteve ocupada participando de Britain’s Brightest Family desde 2018 e de The Chase Australia desde 2015. Ela mostrou sua figura mais magra durante o National Film Awards, após perder peso em março de 2019. Contudo, mesmo antes, ela sempre se portou com orgulho se si mesma e amor próprio.
