Tippi Hedren – Age 89
Tippi Hendren is yet another dazzling actress who rose to fame after being a Hitchcock discovery – she starred in The Birds. She was certainly the lady who kept divorce attorneys busy with a few unhappy marriages. She is a philanthropist with several charities she serves, but her most noteworthy contribution would be towards the preservation of wildlife. Quite the woman, we must say! Hendren has been married three times and has a daughter, Melanie Griffith, with her first husband ad executive Peter Griffith. In 2008 she said during an interview with The Sunday Times that she’s still waiting for someone to sweep her off her feet.
