Yolanthe Sneijder-Cabau — Wesley Sneijder
Wesley Sneijder is a retired member of the national football team of the Netherlands. He played for Ajax, Internazionale, and Real Madrid in the past. As of 2018, however, he has been playing for Al-Gharafa. Back in 2009, Wesley started dating Yolanthe Sneijder-Cabau. Yolanthe is quite popular because she is a Dutch actress. Some of the notable credits in her portfolio are Snowfever, Turkse chick, and Voetbalvrouwen. Back in 2014, she also had her very own self-titled reality TV show.
