People were astounded after seeing Ed Sheeran in late 2019, as he became way leaner in a short span of time. Many thought that it was a result of the strict dietary regime or a full-year fitness training, but no, it wasn’t! The trimming was caused by his new hobbies – running and swimming.

During an interview, Ed mentioned that his healthy life started after he quit all unhealthy habits. This singer then adopted a healthy morning routine – running for approximately 45 minutes and swimming for a while. The result was indeed incredible – 50 pounds were gone in only one year!
