Jorge Garcia – 100 Pounds Lost, Vegan Diet
In people’s lives, the resolution to lose weight comes up at least once, but it is rarely ever followed through – Jorge’s was no different. The actor tried many times to get rid of the excess fat but always resorted to his old habits of unhealthy eating.
Garcia was always chubby and was comfortable in his own skin, but things soon got out of control. The inevitable fear of contracting scary medical conditions started haunting him. Soon, the ‘Lost’ star buckled down, adopted a vegan diet, slashed the intake of dairy, and lost a good 100 pounds.
