However, despite everything, the songwriter hit the gym consistently to lose a whopping 24 pounds and is now looking the healthiest she has ever been!

Kerry tried a couple of things other than working out. For her, yoga for twenty minutes each day, quitting smoking and alcohol, and determination were the fastest accelerators in the celeb’s dramatic weight loss process.
