Dawn French – 105 Pounds Lost, Walking
Dawn is a talented comedian best known for her work on BBC’s ‘French and Saunders.’ The BAFTA-nominated actress dropped 105 pounds after being warned by the doctors about the increased risk of cancer. Clearing the air, French said that she did not wave a magic wand or undergo any surgery, but proceeded to lose weight the good old-fashioned way.
She started with exercise and would walk miles every day, without fail. Next came the issue of tackling diet – the actress chose low-calorie meals and started avoiding sugary treats, which were her Achilles heel. She continues to be an inspiration to us all!
