En mai 2012, Georgina a été présentée au footballeur Tom Cleverley et les deux se sont mis ensembles juste après. Durant la même année, Georgina s’est retrouvée enceinte de l’enfant de Tom. Leur fille Nevaeh Rose est née en juin 2013.
Leur amour mutuel n’a fait que croître au fil des années et ils ont fini par se marier en 2015. Leur deuxième enfant, Alfie, est né en 2016. Le couple a fait la une des journaux en octobre 2015 lorsqu’il a été rapporté qu’ils avaient été victimes d’un cambriolage. Deux Range Rovers, des sacs à main et des montres ont malheureusement été volés.
