Davina Michelle: De Rijzende Ster aan het Muzikale Firmament
Sedert haar entree in de schijnwerpers tijdens haar deelname aan Idols in 2016, heeft de Nederlandse zangeres Davina Michelle de aandacht naar zich toegetrokken met een gevoelige interpretatie van een nummer van Pink op haar YouTube-kanaal in het daaropvolgende jaar. Vervolgens heeft zij, in de rol van jurylid van de SBS6 talentenjacht We Want More sinds 2020, eveneens het podium gedeeld met Pink en de harten van velen veroverd tijdens haar performance op het Eurovisie Songfestival. Deze jonge vocaliste, de dertigjarige leeftijd nog niet bereikt, beschouwt make-up als een artistieke expressievorm die haar natuurlijke schoonheid accentueert, niettegenstaande haar jeugd haar vooralsnog weerhoudt van kostbare cosmetische behandelingen.
