Surfers Paradise witnessed an extraordinary spectacle as 357 women wore bikinis for a cause beyond the usual beach day frolic. This memorable march wasn’t just about sun and sand but a determined bid to etch their names in the Guinness World Records for the largest bikini parade.
The event occurred in 2011, turning the beach into a vibrant runway of confidence and camaraderie. However, this record only held for a while. In 2012, Huludao City, China, seized the title for the largest bikini parade, where an impressive gathering of 1,085 participants showcased the universal appeal of beachwear fashion on a grander scale.
