That was until she met a colleague who introduced her to a high-protein, low-carb diet, which the singer says was life-changing.Osbourne also credits a gastric bypass procedure that was done on her for being able to keep the extra weight off. According to the former ‘Fashion Police’ host, she spent a lot of time working on her mind to go from negative patterns of thinking to positive-mindedness, and now that she has a healthy body to match, she’s confident that she’s on the right track to being the best version of herself.
