Kim Kardashian – 70 Pounds Lost, Atkins Plan

Kim is a pioneer in maintaining her health, and it is evident from her social media that the reality star works hard every day despite having a hectic schedule. The curvy actress gained weight after the birth of her first daughter, North, but managed to lose 70 pounds after adopting the Atkins diet.

 

According to the plan, sugar and carbohydrates were not allowed. What worked is the intake of smaller diet portions at regular intervals. Kardashian followed it up with regular exercise to tone, which was the finishing touch for her weight loss journey.
