Dono de uma carreira de sucesso, o ator, roteirista, empresário e produtor Alec Baldwin decidiu mudar radicalmente seus hábitos após receber o diagnóstico de pré-diabetes, em 2013. Alec adotou uma dieta pobre em açucares e carboidratos, além de controlar o excesso de ingestão de bebidas alcóolicas, a fim de evitar uma doença tão temida: diabetes.
Ele iniciou também uma rotina de treinos intensos e diários. Tal mudança lhe rendeu 27 quilos a menos na balança, uma silhueta mais enxuta e um estilo de vida bem mais saudável.
