A atriz, comediante e empresária Cacau Protásio adora surpreender seus fãs. Com a ajuda de um time multidisciplinar de nutricionista, psicólogo, personal trainer e esteticista, além de uma rotina regrada de exercícios e alimentação saudável, Cacau perdeu 20 quilos e compartilhou com seus seguidores uma foto com seu antes e depois.
Em 2021, Cacau precisou passar por duas cirurgias, uma para tratar uma pancreatite aguda e outra para a retirada da vesícula. Ao retomar a rotina de treinos, ela fez questão de postar uma foto treinando e salientar que uma vida mais saudável faz toda a diferença.
