Putting her culinary skills to excellent use, Rachael laid the foundation of her diet with a Mediterranean-style selection of vegetables, olive oil, mixed greens, and at least 8 ounces of water intake every day. Combined with her cardio and weight-training programs at the gym, the famous culinary author looks incredibly youthful, turning 50 into the new 30.

Osbourne also credits a gastric bypass procedure that was done on her for being able to keep the extra weight off. According to the former ‘Fashion Police’ host, she spent a lot of time working on her mind to go from negative patterns of thinking to positive-mindedness, and now that she has a healthy body to match, she’s confident that she’s on the right track to being the best version of herself.
