When Smith gained weight after the birth of two sons, unfortunately, it brought a flurry of negative and hurtful comments. The talented actress took up the challenge and went on to lose a massive 100 pounds! Although the exact details of her weight loss regime weren’t shared, we know that the change occurred due to a positive shift towards a healthy lifestyle.

 

Kelly Osbourne- 90 Pounds, Gastric Bypass Procedure

Before she embarked on a weight loss journey, Kelly Osbourne mostly ate fatty foods that made her feel sick and tired often. That was until she met a colleague who introduced her to a high-protein, low-carb diet, which the singer says was life-changing.

Osbourne also credits a gastric bypass procedure that was done on her for being able to keep the extra weight off. According to the former ‘Fashion Police’ host, she spent a lot of time working on her mind to go from negative patterns of thinking to positive-mindedness, and now that she has a healthy body to match, she’s confident that she’s on the right track to being the best version of herself.

 

 

Kyle Massey- 18 Pounds, Working Out

As unbelievable as this may sound, Kyle Massey shed 18 pounds just by working out while paying little attention to his eating habits. From his childhood, Massey has been chubby, and to him, it’s incredible how transformative moving around to the point of sweating can be.

While the Disney actor admits to loving his new physique, he considers himself to be on a journey, taking a step at a time, which is why he doesn’t want to go on a restrictive diet that he will later end up loathing.
