Kelly Osbourne – 40 Pounds, Diet and Exercise
Born to the Osbournes, Kelly was naturally brought up in the limelight. But the public attention was often harsh on little Kelly, which led to a lot of stress-eating episodes. The result was more weight gain, which she was already under scrutiny for, and it only kept getting worse. But deciding to appear on ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ was her saving grace.
Kelly’s choreographer, Louis van Amstel, led her to the life-altering habits of regular workouts and maintaining a healthy diet. We’re glad she was humble enough to take his advice. After shedding 40 pounds, the star has never looked better and has proven all her bullies wrong!
