Susan Boyle – 50 Pounds, Diet and Exercise
After she was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes, Susan Boyle committed to improving herself by changing her lifestyle. Otherwise, she would’ve faced dire risks that came along with the disease. The ‘Wild Horses’ singer had a sweet tooth, so cutting sugar from her diet was quite tricky.
Susan has lost a significant amount of weight after incorporating simple exercise to her day, along with Garcinia Cambogia, a known health supplement that can kick off a diet. Her efforts paid off as not only does she look great, but she feels so too!
