Kevin James: 40 Quilos – Exercícios de Alta-Intensidade e Dieta
Para Kevin James, subir na balança com 136 quilos foi toda a motivação que ele precisava para começar a perder peso. Ele começou perdendo 18 quilos em 2011, mas logo passou por outra transformação em 2012, quando começou a seguir uma rotina de exercícios rigorosa, com exercícios cardiovasculares três vezes ao dia. Ele também passou a consumir sucos verdes e muita proteína. 22 quilos extras foram embora.
Entretanto, no meio de 2012 ele começou a recuperar o peso. Finalmente, com motivação renovada em 2018, ele revelou que perder 9 quilos em março e planejava perder mais 20. James interpretou Kevin Gable no programa de TV Kevin Can Wait de 2016 a 2018.
