Barret Oliver
Barret Oliver had his major break in 1984 when he was cast as Bastian in the Neverending Story after spending the first three years of his career in films and TV shows that no one would ever remember.
One year after being on the cast of the Neverending Story he landed another lead role as the the android in D.A.R.Y.L.. For his outstanding acting performance he earned the Saturn Award at only 12 years old. Unfortunately, this is when his acting career stopped before the 1990s started.
After giving up on acting Oliver focused on art and found great success a photographer and printer. For his work he uses a technique that was used in the nineteenth century. Today his work is being displayed in museums and art galleries all over the US. His thus so far greatest achievement cam in 2007 when he published his first book, A History of the Woodburytype.
