Elijah  is not only an actor, but also known as voice actor, producer and even as DJ. With a minor part in Back to the Future II he made his first film debut. He was lucky to be part of many movies that turned out to be very successful e.g. Radio Flyer, The Good Son, North and Flipper – for his great work he was nominated for several awards. If you don’t remember him as a child star you definitely remember him playing Frodo Baggins in the Lord of The Ring which is based on J.R.R. Tolkiens novel. The role gave his career a real boost. He believes that if he wasn’t an actor he would be working as a secret agent today.

In 2013 he sold his Santa Monica home and moved to Austin, Texas. He is also actively engaged in charity world and has supported campaigns as Keep A Child Alive And ALDO./Youth Aids in the past.

Since Wood is working as a DJ it is obvious that he loves music. He collects vinyl records and CDs and has more than 4000 of them. His favorite band is Smashing Pumpkins. During the 2016 presidential campaign he supported Bernie Sanders. Well, he probably wasn’t happy when he found out that Trump won the race.
