Billy Joel – $13.75 Million, Florida
With one property pawned off to Jerry Seinfeld, Billy Joel should probably consider buying a new home or holding on to his other properties – but this musician seems to have other ideas. Joel sold off his Mediterranean-style home in Miami Beach Florida at $13.75 million, a meager $175K more than the price he paid when he acquired it. And giving up a 150-foot boat for that deserves some credit – but given his love for boats, we won’t be surprised if we hear that Joel would leave land for water.
