Les personnages Disney comme Minnie Mouse sont une part importante de l’expérience des parcs Disney. Leur rôle consiste surtout à être pris en photos avec les visiteurs de tous âges. Ils peuvent aussi faire un câlin aux visiteurs ou signer des autographes. Il s’agit de donner vie à la magie de l’univers Disney pour ceux qui viennent s’amuser dans leurs complexes de loisirs.
Il reste tout de même des limites sur ce que ces acteurs déguisés dans les parcs Disney peuvent faire ou non dans le cadre de leurs interactions avec les visiteurs, surtout pour une photo. Il est arrivé que des acteurs refusent certaines poses ou actions si elles ne correspondent pas aux normes de Disney.
