Sur cette photo prise à Splash Mountain de Disney, un homme semble défier la réputation du parc en tant que “lieu le plus joyeux sur Terre”. Son expression triste contraste vivement avec les sensations fortes et les rires habituels de l’attraction. Après tout, Splash Mountain, créé par l’imaginaire de Tony Baxter, n’était jamais destiné à être un décor pour des visages sombres.
Splash Mountain est née avec l’idée de reproduire une aventure dans les montagnes du Colorado. L’attraction, qui a coûté environ 75 millions de dollars à construire, a ouvert ses portes en 1989. Elle a depuis gagné beaucoup de fans pour ses descentes palpitantes et sa musique entraînante.
