Colin Kaepernick: circa 2.9 Milioni di dollari, San Jose
Colin Kaepernick è una star della NFL che giocava per i San Francisco 49ers. Tuttavia, è rimasto una figura controversa dal giorno dello scandalo in cui si inginocchiò durante l’inno americano, come protesta contro il razzismo, nel 2016. Ha esposto un reclamo contro l’NFL nel 2017, ma ha deciso di ritirarlo nel 2019. Kaepernick una volta ha speso 2.7 milioni di dollari per una casa a San Jose e subito dopo ha fatto numerosi lavori di ristrutturazione e modifica alla proprietà.
La casa ha quattro camere da letto, una sala da biliardo e un enorme giardino sul retro con una piscina. Kaepernick ha deciso di mettere in vendita la casa nel 2016, chiedendo un prezzo di circa 2.9 milioni di dollari.
