Evangeline Lilly wowed Hollywood when she took on the role of Hope Van Dyne, also known as the Wasp, in ‘Ant-Man.’ Action movies were never her thing, but it’s refreshing to see Lilly rise to the challenge! The Canadian actress dished about how she relied on strength training to sustain a trim body, and that the experience made her realize how necessary fitness is in one’s life.
