Hollywood Golden Age Stars Who Are Still With US
Desmond Tutu – Age 87
Desmond Tutu is a famous theologian of South Africa who is known for his activism and his advocating for equality in his native country. He is the former Archbishop of Cape Town and he was the only African man of color to have held the position as racial segregation had made it so that a black man was denied many privileges. He is in his late eighties today and he has been fighting prostate cancer for two decades. Tutu is still a firm advocate for socialism though he retired in 2010. In 1984, he received a Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts as an activist.
