Krista Allen è famosa per il suo lavoro in Il Tempo della Nostra Vita e anche in Baywatch. Nel 2018, ha interpretato il ruolo di Jackie nel film televisivo, Party Mom. Oltre a questo, è apparsa occasionalmente in televisione e in vari film, ma è attiva comunque!

Nel 2010, Allen ha sposato il rapper iraniano Mams Taylor, ma già nel 2011 avevano deciso di lasciarsi: il loro divorzio è stato confermato un anno dopo.
