Ha avuto diversi ruoli in film Italiani e di Hollywood prima del suo ruolo nel 1962 in 007 – Licenza di Uccidere, il primo film di James Bond. In quel film, dato il suo accento straniero, tutte le parole sono state doppiate! Ora si è ritirata e la sua ultima apparizione è stata nel film del 2005 intitolato St. Francis Birds Tour.
