Se qualcuno è bello quanto Raquel Welch alla fine dei 70 anni, le voci sulla chirurgia plastica non sono rare. Ebbene, quando le è stato chiesto se avesse utilizzato procedure mediche o miglioramenti, la Welch semplicemente dice di fare affidamento a un brand di unguenti chiamato Big Balm, che pare sia un unguento per bestiame, che i contadini potrebbero ben conoscere. La Welch afferma che l’unguento ha delle qualità rigeneratrici e idratanti, che mantengono la sua pelle fresca e bella. Tuttavia, questo non ha impedito alle malelingue di commentare. Potrebbe essere intorno ai settant’anni, ma nessuno dimenticherà mai il suo bikini con la pelliccia nel film Un Milione di Anni Fa del 1966!
