Nel corso della sua vita Donatella ha portato avanti il marchio che aveva creato con il fratello e lo ha reso di prestigio internazionale. Tutt’oggi vive lavorando per la sua Maison. Donatella però, forse perché inserita del fashion system o forse per sue convinzioni personali, nel corso degli anni è intervenuta spesso chirurgicamente sul suo aspetto e non sempre in modo positivo.
Dopo una passato un po’ burrascoso con le sostanze stupefacenti, oggi Donatella è serena, fiera dei suoi figli e ha trovato il suo equilibrio diventando buddista.
