Celebrity Couples Who Have Been Together Since A Long Time
Lola Van Wagenen and Robert Redford – 27 years
A heartthrob of mid-century Hollywood, actor Robert Redford was off the market for several decades of his early career. From 1958 to 1985, Redford was married to Lola Van Wagenen whom he met and married in her home state of Utah. The two moved to New York, where Redford found unsteady work in theater and television. Sadly, they lost one child in infancy; another son, born years later, developed life-threatening liver complications but survived thanks to operations made possible by the then-successful Redford’s first-rate health insurance. Van Wagenen and Redford raised three children in all before amicably divorcing.
