Reports say that Dempsey’s salary on Grey’s Anatomy was estimated to be $350K per episode. As of today, Dempsey’s fortune is at $60 million. Dempsey also makes a huge fortune from different endorsement deals. In 2018, Dempsey starred in a new miniseries titled The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair.
