Tyler Perry is the mastermind behind ‘Madea,’ the character that has audiences in stitches in the films A Madea Family Funeral, Madea’s Big Happy Family, Madea’s Family Reunion, Diary of a Mad Black Woman, and many more. His recipe for success involves cooking up a storm both in front of the cameras as well as behind the scenes, and it has worked in his favor!
Perry built a mammoth of a home in Buckhead, on 17 acres of land, costing him $40 million to complete in 2007. He tried selling it with the price tag of $25 million in 2015 but ended up letting it go for a shocking $17.5-million steal in 2016!
