Comunemente conosciuta come la Dea del Pop, a 73 anni, Cher sembra ancora adorabile e si vede spesso truccata e ben sistemata, dato che lei è una rinomata fan di prodotti di bellezza. Divenne popolare quando lavorò con il defunto cantante e cantautore Sonny nel 1965. Avevano uno show televisivo intitolato The Sonny and Cher Comedy Hour nel 1970.
Successivamente ha perseguito una carriera solista e ha firmato un contratto a Broadway. Oggi Cher è cantante, attrice, conduttrice televisiva e filantropa.
