A cantora de música country e um dos maiores nomes do mundo da música, Miranda Lambert, sofreu por estar acima do peso durante toda a sua vida. Comida não era algo que ela conseguia realmente evitar. Felizmente, chegou um momento em que Lambert finalmente decidiu fazer algo sobre isso e sua transformação de perda de peso foi simplesmente incrível.
Lamber trocou para uma dieta saudável e balanceada e começou a se exercitar regularmente. Em pouco tempo, ela percebeu como estava magra. Ela aparentemente perdeu em torno de 9 quilos e abaixou para o tamanho 36. Contudo, ela parece estar ganhando um pouco de peso novamente.
