James Corden: 30 Quilos – Dieta Restrita e Exercícios Regulares
James Corden é muito popular por apresentar seu próprio programa de entrevistas chamado The Late Late Show with James Corden. Corden nunca foi magrelo e tem lutado contra o excesso de peso a vida inteira. Em um ponto da vida, o apresentador chegou a pesar 140 quilos e foi quando ele decidiu começar a perder peso de vez.
Ao invés de cirurgias, Corden apenas mudou seus hábitos alimentares, cortando totalmente pão e “porcarias” e começou a se exercitar regularmente. Depois de se livrar de 30 quilos, o ator parece melhor que nunca. Entretanto, ele ainda tem um longo caminho pela frente até conseguir uma barriga tanquinho!
