Elvis Duran é mais conhecido por ser o apresentador do programa Elvis Duran and the Morning Show. Em 2015, Duran finalmente percebeu que ele não aguentava mais estar acima do peso. Pesando em torno de 120 quilos, Duran sabia que não seria um processo fácil, mas ele estava determinado a fazer o seu melhor.
Inicialmente, Duran tentou perder peso naturalmente fazendo dieta e malhando, mas não estava conseguindo resultados. Até que ele decidiu passar por uma cirurgia de manga gástrica e foi a melhor decisão que ele já fez, já que o ajudou a perder 50 quilos. Parece que ele nunca mais vai ficar acima do peso!
