Como muitas pessoas obesas, a diabetes Tipo 2 veio como um chacoalhão para Randy Jackson que teve a certeza de que perder peso era o melhor jeito para ser saudável, mesmo que signifique ficar longe de suas comidas preferidas. Ele então optou por fazer uma cirurgia de bypass gástrico e perder 45 quilos.
Entretanto, essa não foi a parte mais difícil e sim manter o excesso de peso longe de seu corpo. A resolução de Randy para manter a vida saudável o ajudou a se manter longe de cookies, chips e doces.
