Another incredible opportunity presented itself at Thylane’s door when she was cast to star in a 2015 film called Belle & Sebastian: The Adventure Continues. To make the transition from simply posing to being in front of the cameras portraying a character was probably extremely exciting for her.
Belle & Sebastian: The Adventure Continues was directed by Christian Dugay, and Thylane was cast for the role of Gabrielle, a 14-year-old girl masquerading as a boy in order to live in an only male logging camp located in the Italian Alps. She continued to gain more success as the years went by.
