Raquel Welch performed so well with her role in the 1966 movie ‘Fantastic Voyage,’ that she even triumphed a contract with 20th Century Fox! Then came her incredible roles in super-hit films like, ‘100 Rifles’ and ‘Bedazzled.’
True, Raquel had a lot of ups and downs in her career both as a singer and actress, but the highs are the most prominent. She took Hollywood’s female ”ideals” to where it is now. It was only after the ’90s that TV roles with ”less masculine” and more feminine traits became a win in American cinema, and it’s this beautiful actress in her golden years who is the proud pioneer!
