Tendo deixado a Casa Branca com seus 132 quartos e 35 banheiros não é uma coisa fácil de se fazer, mas temos certeza de que os Obamas estarão mais felizes em uma casa mais aconchegada, tal como seu novo lar em Kalorama (que acolheu muitos ex-presidentes e suas famílias ao longo dos anos). A maioria das casas no prestigiado bairro é antiga, mas encantadora e mantida em perfeito estado. As casas são muito espaçosas e esta tem quase 800 metros quadrados, o que também é perfeito para receber hóspedes. Todos os 5 quartos têm lareira embutida e janelas grandes. E, além disso, você já sabe que os vizinhos são excelentes, já que a maioria dos moradores ali é composta por embaixadores e suas famílias.
