Ook al lijkt ze misschien niet het type hiervoor, Katy Perry is een grote “player” geweest in het investeren in onroerend goed. Ze kocht dit huis in LA met haar nu ex-man Russell Brand in 2009. Na hun scheiding kwam het huis na een paar jaar weer op de markt terecht voor $3,4 miljoen.
Het is een redelijk lage prijs als je kijkt naar de 437 vierkante meter ruimte in totaal, vier slaapkamers, een spa-achtige badkuip, 4,5 badkamers, hardhouten vloeren, gebogen ramen, een zwembad en het prachtige uitzicht op de stad. Perry raakte recentelijk verloofd met Hollywood ster Orlando Bloom en men kan niet niet wachten om hun bruiloft te aanschouwen.
