Vivien Chen – $1.8 Billion
Vivien Chen served as the chairman of the Nan Fung Group, a huge property development company based in Hong Kong. She took her father’s place when Alzheimer’s disease made him unable to serve his post beginning 2009. Now, Chen’s fortune is estimated to be around $1.8 billion, though her family’s worth has created a lot of internal rifts. The Nan Fung Group was founded in 1954 by Chen Din Hwa.
