Friede Springer currently owns the Axel Springer publishing company, which once belonged to her husband Axel Springer, before he eventually passed away. The company was a part of the inheritance she received, and now, she owns Europe’s top-selling newspaper: Bild. A funny fact about the 76-year-old billionaire is how she got to meet Axel in the first place. In 1965, she started working at his family home as a nanny, but she ended up marrying him in 1978.
