De getalenteerde schoonheid die in de jaren 70’ Kelly Garrett speelde in Charlie’s Angels is inmiddels alweer 74 jaar oud. Zo ziet ze er echter totaal niet uit, ze lijkt veel jonger! Nadat Charlie’s Angels in 1981 eindigde speelde Smith nog in verschillende andere films en series.
Ze focuste zich meer op het zakenleven en heeft heel wat ontworpen. Ze heeft haar eigen kledinglijn ontworpen voor Kmart en zelfs een collectie toupets voor Paula Young. In 2003 begon haar strijd tegen borstkanker, die zij gelukkig heeft gewonnen. Ze is helemaal hersteld en is nog steeds bezig met acteren.
