De 85-jaar oude actrice en musicalster Julie Andrews is wonderbaarlijk genoeg niet uit films weg te slaan. De klassiekers die op haar naam staan zouden al genoeg zijn voor een legendarische carrière, maar zij blijft er maar schepjes boven gooien! The Sound of Music, My Fair Lady, Camelot en Mary Poppins zijn musicals die ons bij het noemen van de naam al doen neuriën van blijdschap.
The hills are alive with the sound of music! Julie remt niet af en werd in 2000 geridderd tot Dame Julie Andrews door Koningin Elizabeth II. Julie verscheen in Aquaman (2018). Momenteel is haar stem te horen als Lady Whistledown in de TV serie Bridgerton en er komt weer een Minions film aan waarin Andrews’ stem te horen is als Marlena Gru.
